Check yourself in with the lockbox; code will be communicated to you before arrival via What’s App.

The cleaning staff will attend the property every day except Sundays and public holidays.
The gardener and pool maintenance staff visit twice per week.
Schedule:
Hibiscus & Oasis: daily
Frangipani & Azur: three times per week (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays)
If you have any requests or recommendations, please feel free to contact them at any time. They speak English and French fluently.
All major credit cards are accepted around the island (though credit card transaction fees apply).
ATMs are located at the London Way and Ruisseau Creole, less then 5min away.
Important Information
As from 1st October 2025, a tourist tax of €3 per adult (12 years old and above), per night, is applicable.
The tax must be paid in cash (EURO only)
An envelope will be provided for this purpose on the entrance console of your villa
The collected amount is transferred directly to the Mauritian government
